The funeral took place today of Peter, the Society was represented by a committee member. Peter appreciated the Arts and Crafts movement and was a member of the EWS from its inauguration and attended many Society events. In 2018 Peter sponsored the repair of windows in the Restoration project of the Edgar Wood Rooms, in memory of his wife Jean. Not only was he interested in cars, planes and trains, and was a volunteer on the Dinting Railway, but also a keen collector of Manchester glassware. Thank you for your support Peter.
