This afternoon’s Edgar Wood Society heritage walk around Victoria Park, Manchester was a great success. It kicked off this year’s programme. Our guide Sibby did us proud describing the many wonderful buildings – see some below. The weather was just a bit warm, but fortunately there were plenty of trees for shade. Of course, the walk included Edgar Wood’s wonderful First Church of Christ Scientist!
